Students in Costa Rica Create a Cake Made crickets and caterpillars

Students from the University of Costa Rica School of Food Technology, lately has developed two projects-larvae bread made from bananas and mealworm larvae. while the cake is made of powder crickets, which will be presented in the competition held by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). This project aims to help children in rural communities in the North Zone of Costa Rica and is used to feed the people with the problem of malnutrition in Haiti.
