Most people probably will facilitate the use of smartphones in helping job but not with iran. Foreign recently Mullahs that forbids government officials using a smartphone while working.

The reason for banning this is data from the smartphone will usually be copied and stored in the cloud. Such data also can not be removed, though inaccessible. the purpose of this prohibition is to reduce the potential for data leakage.
